i get acrilic nail done alot, and i want to do them myself. what is that powder stuff they use, and what is the purple liquid stuff they use to creat the get to go over the white tip? and where can i find it?Where can i find the powder for acrilic nails?
In most areas you have to be a licensed nail tech to purchase any acrylic products. Anything that is quality at least. And I do have to add, it's not as easy as it looks to do them yourself. It takes a lot of practice to do good acrylics.Where can i find the powder for acrilic nails?

the powder is just the acrylic but you need to mix it with something else
You can buy an acrylic nail kit from any mass retailer (Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens). If you have a Sally Beauty Supply, you can purchase larger (commercial) versions there. If you know a licensed cosmetologist, Davidson's (now CosmoProf) will have the acrylic powder and activator as well.
