go to the salon where u got it done and ask them to fixit asap or u could call them, if u can't them call the hospital or your doctor asap. c wat he says and make sure u tell him how u have been treating it!! ditch the peroxide though and use a lot of neosporine put a band-aid over it and continue with wat u r doing, like i said, make sure u really take care of it!!I have acrilic nail broke off %26amp; is just holding on by its cutical. now it is very swollen, throbing %26amp; oozing?
I wouldn't go to the ER as it's not a life or death emergency and ER's are over-worked as it is, but you DEFINITELY need to see a doctor if it is oozing as you have infection that needs to be treated by a professional.

And the rest of the nails need to come off as there is some underlying problem that cause this one to get so bad...sounds like a good idea to let them all rest a while.

I'm not ';anti-acrilycs'; as I have them myself, but have never had one get as bad as you. I had a surface infection on one once and removed all of them for 3 months to let everything heal.
At this point, it might be easiest if you went to the ER. Although you can remove an acrylic nail with a nail polish remover, given the state of the nail bed underneath, you probably ought to have it done by the doctor. If you can get into a regular office in the next day, that would probably be the best, lacking that then a trip to the ER is in order. The nail sounds badly infected. Lay off the peroxide, it does more damage to healthy surrounding tissue as it does good. Just apply the neosporin and a bandage, and get in to see a doctor. In the meantime, consider having all the acrylic nails removed and letting all the fingernails heal without them on. If the one nail is this bad shape, the others won't be far behind. You'll need oral antibiotics to get the infection under control before it gets into the nail matrix which actually grows the nail, or you will end up nail-less on that finger.
go to the doctor woman

next time you get fake nails have them removed at the salon
u need a antibiotic, go to the doctor or to the emergency room because the infection will spread very quickly, and leave the fake nails alone for a while u will only get the infection back if u go and reinjure your finger.
