you could make them out of papier mache - cheapest too. this technique gives you full freedom to make them any size or shape you want. however, the layers of tissue with PVA glue will take time to dry.
otherwise, get hold of any old plastic bottle %26amp; cut around the curves in fang-shape. glue on. this is as instantaneous as it gets.

I don't know your age but I work making teeth for a living and recently have gotten alot of orders from dentists for fangs. Your dentist can get them for you.
